Disclaimer: Entrants and participants in the Blind River 300 Poker Run hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Canal Developments, LLC DBA Canal Bank Club and Songs of Survivors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, owners, employees, and board members from any claims of liability and causes of action for any and all known or unknown damages, personal injuries, losses, personal property damages that may be suffered by an entrant or participant while participating in the Blind River 300 Poker Run or while in, on, or upon the premises where this event is being conducted.

I am fully aware that there are risks and hazards involved because of the inherently dangerous nature of this activity. I am volunteering to participate in this event with full knowledge that this poker run may be hazardous to me or my personal property. I take full responsibility for all risks for any loss of property or injury to my person.

I understand that every boat that participates in this event is required by law to have liability insurance. I hereby agree that I will abide by all rules and regulations set by authorities.

I understand that rain on the days of this event does not cancel the event, and any and all fees that have been paid are not refundable. I agree that I must meet the minimum stop requirements, or I will forfeit my right to participate in this event. If I cannot complete the poker run, but I have met the minimum stop requirements, I understand that I have the right to designate someone else with an ID badge to draw my card.
